As in the original Candy Crush, there are horizontal and vertical bonuses. These are given by the second and third evolutions respectively. That is, making a match with a Charmeleon will give an impulse on that horizontal line, and with a Charizard, on that vertical line. If we make a match with a Legendary of the same type as the Pokémon, they use their Psynergy to cause a big explosion.
Note: Palkia substitutes for a Legendary Poison-type.
